members) – each jurisdiction can bring up to three individuals to
participate, one of which must be an elected official

Same general format as May 2005 retreat: tables of 8 or 10;
small group discussion w/report out

Objective: Develop consensus on the following:
- Transit Performance Principles
- Transit Operating Principles
- Future Structure of the I-70 Coalition

Summarize/Next Steps/Closure
